Design 106

Last week I started my second semester of Interior Design classes.  It is so refreshing, after a summer of being in the field, to get back to the drawing board.  I am currently in Interior Design 106 , a rendering class, where I am learning all the basics and trick to drawing interior spaces.  Interior Design is unique in the fact that it takes the technical skills in the drafting stage then the artistic skills in the rendering.  With a balance of the two, a really beautiful piece of artwork is created that correctly represents the space that is about to be remodeled.

The first project is to design a small bathroom.  Check out the beginning stages of the rendering process.

The Inspiration.
Sketched out.
Keep posted for ink rendering followed by the color rendering!

Be Bold in your design choices.
